- HOW MUCH DO I NEED is easy. Measure the wall height say 8 ft and the length say 12' - 6" , (round up to 13ft) so 8 x 13 =104 square feet. Allow 5% more for cutting pieces to fit. So 104 + 5 = 109 sq ft. You would order 6 boxes 20 sq ft boxes (120 sq. ft.) The extra will allow you to choose some pieces you might not like as much to suit your design style or decor.

How Much Do I Need?
Figuring out how much you need is easy. Here is an example; If your wall is 8’ - 6” tall and 12’ - 3 “ wide , then round up to 9 ft x 13 ft =117 sq ft. Ordering 120 sq ft would give you just enough . However we recommend adding 10% more and that will allow you to pick and choose a bit , depending on your tastes in colors or knots etc.
Easy Installation No Power Tools Required
We suggest miter box/saw kit, keyhole saw, measuring tape, pencil, caulking gun (for adhesive) and a simple hot glue gun (with heavy-duty glue sticks). When order arrives, put it in the room you will be installing remove the bundles from the boxes but DO NOT CUT THE PLASTIC WRAPPING off the bundles. Leave them strapped together to acclimatize to the room conditions for 72 HOURS. Wash down the walls to give the glue a good clean surface to bond to and let dry for 24 hours. Before starting unwrap several bundles and lay the planks on the floor to see the color sizes and decide how you want to arrange. Start at the bottom of the wall and work your way up completing row before starting another. Apply a liberal amount of adhesive in a “Wavy” pattern and 4-6 dots of hot glue at the corners and center of the plank. Then place it on the wall, push tight, hold for 3-5 seconds and then repeat with your next plank. Use the miter saw to cut the end pieces to the length you need to finish the row.
